- Execute full-cycle accounts payable/receivable processing with 100% accuracy
- Manage month-end close procedures including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis for executive review
- Oversee vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies proactively
- Maintain digital filing systems with organized audit trails
- Collaborate with tax department for quarterly reporting compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years progressive accounting experience in fast-paced environments
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA candidates preferred)
- Expertise in multi-currency transactions and international accounting standards
