Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable business insights
- Prepare and submit accurate financial statements and compliance reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and vendor management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Proven track record of month-end closes and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
