Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance analysis
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Manage complex reconciliations for multi-entity accounts
- Develop and implement internal controls for SOX compliance
- Collaborate with FP&A team on budget forecasting and modeling
- Mentor junior accountants through structured training programs
- Drive process optimization using advanced Excel and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years public/private accounting experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VBA)
- SAP Oracle or NetSuite ERP implementation experience
- SOX compliance and internal control expertise
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Florida CPA license required
