Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements and monthly reports
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15-20 business clients
- Lead tax planning and compliance processes
- Implement and optimize accounting software systems
- Conduct internal audits and process improvements
- Mentor junior accounting staff
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Expertise in GAAP and tax regulations
