Your Role
As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in our financial reporting and compliance processes. You will work closely with management to ensure accurate financial data and support the company's strategic growth.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes efficiently.
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger account analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and audit schedules.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to the finance team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CMA preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and federal tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
