Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide strategic insights to leadership
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Collaborate with audit teams during external reviews and tax season
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate setting
