Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring full compliance with GAAP standards.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for senior management review.
- Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice verification and bank reconciliation.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and support external audit requirements.
- Perform variance analysis and budget forecasting to support strategic business decisions.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, internal controls, and audit procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
