We are looking for a proactive professional to manage our financial reporting and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Conduct internal audits and process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop and monitor the annual budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience (CPA preferred but not required).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
