Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close and reconciliations
- Analyze financial data to generate accurate reports for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting initiatives
- Implement process improvements for financial efficiency
- Lead audits and maintain internal controls documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with remote work tools and protocols
