Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct bank reconciliations and balance sheet account analysis
- Assist with quarterly tax filings and year-end audits
- Develop financial models for budget forecasting and variance reporting
- Train junior staff on accounting software and procedures

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
