Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliation
- Oversee payroll processing with weekly disbursement
- Conduct tax compliance filings and regulatory reporting
- Develop financial forecasts and variance analysis
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Implement process improvements for financial operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of accounting experience in public or private sector
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and Florida compliance
- Proven experience with multi-state payroll systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
