Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle accounting process, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate general ledger maintenance.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with the team to support the expansion of operations into Ohio.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA certification preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle).
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
