Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable operations efficiently.
- Perform monthly and quarterly financial reconciliations for multiple accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and budget reports.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and local tax regulations.
- Conduct audits and provide variance analysis to management.
- Train junior staff and assist in process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- CPA certification or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
