Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger operations and ensure accuracy of all financial records.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Assist in the preparation of budget reports and variance analysis for management review.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state tax regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in general accounting or financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite).
- Strong knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
