Responsibilities
- Perform daily general ledger accounting activities and ensure accurate financial recording.
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including variance analysis.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and financial reports.
- Assist in external audits and internal compliance reviews.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure all financial data is entered into the ERP system accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
