Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Conduct variance analysis and budget forecasting
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews
- Implement and maintain internal controls
- Lead accounts reconciliation for multiple entities
- Generate financial reports for executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong knowledge of Texas state tax regulations
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Certification in QuickBooks Online Plus
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
