Responsibilities
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and tax compliance
- Implement and maintain internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Conduct audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) for efficient operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Proficiency in GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
