Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile multi-entity general ledger accounts with zero-tolerance for discrepancies
- Oversee full-cycle accounts payable/receivable processes for 15+ clients
- Generate monthly financial statements, P&L reports, and cash flow analyses
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Online workflows for scalability
- Collaborate with CPAs during quarterly/annual audits and tax preparations
- Develop custom financial reporting dashboards using Excel and Power BI
- Lead month-end closing procedures with strict deadline adherence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CMA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience with multi-client portfolios
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Excel advanced functions, and Xero
- Demonstrated experience with GAAP compliance and SOX requirements
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions ($5M+ annually)
- Certification in QuickBooks Online Advanced or similar designation
- Exceptional analytical skills with 100% accuracy in reconciliations
