As a key member of our finance department, you will manage core accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements, including the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statement.
- Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations and variance analysis to identify discrepancies.
- Payroll Support: Assist in processing payroll, ensuring all deductions and tax filings are correct.
- Compliance: Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to GAAP and internal financial controls.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Software: Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel (Advanced functions), and accounting software.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
