Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for executive review
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with audit coordination
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and forecasting
- Oversee tax preparation processes and collaborate with external auditors
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and month-end procedures
