Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, and month-end close
- Prepare financial statements and compliance reports for executive leadership
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend cost-saving measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Ensure SOX compliance and implement internal controls
- Lead process improvement projects using accounting automation tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance expertise
- Proven ability to manage complex financial reporting cycles
