Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close processes and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with actionable insights for leadership
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable functions and optimize cash flow management
- Implement and maintain internal controls for SOX compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Maintain accurate financial records using NetSuite and Excel-based reporting tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate settings
- Expertise in GAAP principles and month-end close procedures
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite, Excel, and financial reporting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance and audit preparation
- Proven ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
