Responsibilities

- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing with weekly payment cycles
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare tax documentation and ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Maintain internal controls and audit documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions)
- Demonstrated expertise in month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance and audit preparation
