Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements for diverse client portfolios
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliation processes
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Assist with tax preparation and year-end closing procedures
- Maintain accurate financial documentation using QuickBooks and Excel
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of public or corporate accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
