Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance

- Oversee payroll processing for 50+ employees
- Assist with annual audits and tax preparation
- Develop financial models for budget forecasting
- Implement internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of Illinois tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with weekly deliverables
