Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for diverse client portfolios
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Conduct tax preparation and filing for corporate and individual clients
- Implement and optimize accounting software systems for efficiency
- Lead audit support and provide strategic financial insights to clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate settings
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Deep knowledge of tax regulations and GAAP standards
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills for client interaction
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
