Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes with strict attention to deadlines
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis for 15+ clients
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Collaborate with tax department for quarterly and annual filings
- Maintain organized financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of meeting financial reporting deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
