As part of our premium accounting division, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our financial data and supporting strategic business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Execute month-end and year-end closing procedures with precision on weekends.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and variance analysis for executive review.
- Assist in the preparation of schedules for external audits and tax filings.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Review and approve journal entries and financial documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts.
