Responsibilities
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes for the weekend division.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Perform detailed bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve financial efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and tax regulations.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
