Responsibilities
- Perform monthly and weekly general ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, trial balances, and audit schedules.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and SAP.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and regulatory standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced weekend environment.
