Responsibilities
- Manage weekend-end financial reporting cycles including month-end close procedures
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements with attention to regulatory compliance
- Lead weekend reconciliation processes for multi-entity accounts
- Implement and optimize internal controls for weekend transaction workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend financial forecasting models
- Maintain accurate weekend payroll and expense tracking systems
- Support weekend audit preparation and documentation requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with weekend shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel with macros
- Demonstrated expertise in GAAP compliance and SOX regulations
