Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with precision
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes for portfolio of clients
- Conduct comprehensive bank reconciliations and journal entries
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Develop financial models and variance analysis reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and industry regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of public or corporate accounting experience
- CPA certification preferred or actively pursuing
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in weekend schedule
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
