Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures with weekend-specific deadlines
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for corporate clients
- Manage weekend payroll processing and tax compliance
- Conduct internal audits and financial controls assessment
- Collaborate with weekday teams using cloud-based accounting systems
- Lead weekend client financial consultations
- Develop weekend financial reporting workflows
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and California state regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years public accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Weekend shift availability (Thu-Sun 9AM-5PM)
- Strong understanding of corporate taxation
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
- Proven ability to work independently during weekend operations
