Responsibilities
- Manage month-end and quarter-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare detailed financial statements and compliance reports adhering to GAAP standards
- Analyze financial data trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and optimize cash flow operations
- Lead internal audit coordination and SOX compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate financial records using Oracle NetSuite ERP system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or MBA preferred
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Oracle NetSuite)
- Expertise in financial reporting, auditing, and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts while collaborating cross-functionally
- Proven experience with multinational financial operations
