Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and financial reporting across multiple entities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements with weekend deadlines
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations and bank reconciliations
- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews for regulatory adherence
- Collaborate with department heads on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Maintain accurate financial records using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
- Support tax preparation and documentation for quarterly/yearly filings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience with weekend shift availability
- Expertise in GAAP compliance and financial reporting standards
