Responsibilities
- Oversee the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate, complete, and timely.
- Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, including bank reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and management reports for executive leadership.
- Manage the accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring efficient cash flow management.
- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure smooth and transparent audit processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting setting.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).
