Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL maintenance, month-end close, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead audit coordination and internal control documentation
- Develop and implement financial process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure accurate tax filings and compliance with regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Proven expertise in financial reporting and month-end close
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
