- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct internal audits and ensure GAAP compliance

- Lead tax preparation and regulatory reporting initiatives
- Mentor junior accounting staff through formal training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (VBA/macros)
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Proven experience with ERP implementation (SAP/Oracle)
