Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle month-end and quarter-end close procedures with 48-hour turnaround
- Oversee complex reconciliations across multiple GL accounts and banking institutions
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive leadership review
- Lead internal audit coordination and regulatory compliance documentation
- Develop process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Mentor junior accounting staff on technical procedures and system utilization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification (required)
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and SAP systems
- Demonstrated expertise in SOX compliance and internal controls
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Experience with multi-entity consolidation reporting
