Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and month-end closing processes
- Lead audits and ensure compliance with SOX regulations
- Develop financial models for budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cost optimization strategies
- Maintain internal controls documentation and ERP systems
- Provide financial insights to support executive decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamics
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
- Proven experience with month-end closing processes
