Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger entries and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely processing.
- Conduct internal audits and expense reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast budgets and track financial performance.
- Ensure all financial reports are accurate and delivered on schedule.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- 3-5 years of professional accounting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
