As a key member of our finance department, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our financial integrity and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and tax documentation for internal and external audits.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain the general ledger system accurately.
- Collaborate with the budgeting team to ensure accurate forecasting and financial planning.
- Identify process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- CPA certification or CPA eligibility is a significant plus.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of U.S. tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
