Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle accounting process, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with external audits and internal control reviews to ensure compliance.
- Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax documents.
- Provide financial reporting and insights to management to support business decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
