Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring full compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Manage general ledger accounts and perform complex account reconciliations for multiple entities.
- Assist with year-end audits, tax preparations, and financial forecasting.
- Monitor cash flow and manage accounts payable/receivable with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required; CPA or CMA certification is a major plus.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong working knowledge of US tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
