Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with attention to accuracy and timeliness
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure proper reconciliation
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel (Advanced functions)
- Strong GAAP and tax compliance knowledge
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
