Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Manage general ledger operations and account reconciliations
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend cost-saving opportunities
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with auditors during external financial reviews
- Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle a plus)
