Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Oversee and manage the general ledger, ensuring accuracy of all journal entries and reconciliations.
- Lead the month-end and year-end close process, including variance analysis and reporting.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and accurate record-keeping.
- Assist with external audits and internal controls implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation preferred.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
