Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts and monthly financial statements.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive review.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax filings and external audit schedules.
- Ensure strict compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.
- Perform variance analysis and assist with budget forecasting.
- Maintain accurate fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional accounting experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or candidate preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
