Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP.
- Assist in the preparation of federal and state tax returns and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct internal audits and variance analysis to identify financial discrepancies and improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee general ledger maintenance and reconciliation of bank statements.
- Collaborate with management to prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Sage) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
- Strong knowledge of US tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
