Responsibilities

- Manage complex reconciliations across multiple GL accounts
- Develop and optimize financial reporting systems using SAP and Oracle
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
- Mentor junior accountants to enhance team capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in GAAP compliance and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial analytics tools
- Proven track record of managing month-end close processes
